Food Service Occupation 1 students can choose from over 15 different character cakes to decorate. Making and coloring, icing, using decorator tips and bags, and creating borders and are a few of the techniques learning in this unit.
Food Service Occupation 2 students will create cheesecakes which is always a favorite. Different flavors, toppings, and crusts create a spectacular cheesecake variety platter.
Deli trays are designed and served by Food Service students. Trays may be ordered by the principals for a professional teachers meeting or can be served as a luncheon to students and invited guests.
